Privacy Policy

HattrickHub ("we", "our", "us") operates the HattrickHub - YouTube Upload Automation application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

When you authorize our application, we access the following through the YouTube Data API:

We do not collect personal information beyond what is required for the application to function. We do not access your email content, contacts, or any Google data outside the YouTube scopes you authorize.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your authorized credentials are used solely to upload videos and set video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, visibility) on your YouTube channel as initiated by you through our Trello-based workflow.

3. Data Storage & Security

OAuth tokens are stored securely in Google Cloud Secret Manager with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to the Cloud Run service that executes the upload. We do not store your videos — files are streamed directly to YouTube during the upload process.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties. Your data is shared only with Google's YouTube Data API as required to perform the upload service you have authorized.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain OAuth tokens only as long as needed to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we will delete your stored tokens within 30 days.

6. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. You may revoke the application's access to your YouTube account at any time. To make a request, contact us at home@hattrickhub.ai.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
