Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HattrickHub - YouTube Upload Automation application ("Service") operated by HattrickHub ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

HattrickHub - YouTube Upload Automation is a workflow tool that allows authorized users to upload videos to their YouTube channels. The process is triggered via Trello, processed through n8n for data preparation, and executed through a Google Cloud Run job that interfaces with the YouTube Data API v3.

2. Account & Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize access to your YouTube account via Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your authorization. You must have the right to upload content to the YouTube channel you connect.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload through the Service. We claim no ownership over your videos, metadata, or any other content you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall HattrickHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed uploads, incorrect metadata, or service interruptions.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account permissions. We may terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
